Ingredients:

4 lg. eggs
Hot pepper powder
Tumeric
Hot paprika
Pepper
Salt

Spices:
1 clove garlic
1 white onion
3 lg. soft, juicy tomatoes
Olive oil

Directions:

Chop the veggies finely. Brown the onion and tomatoes in skillet until tomatoes are juicy. Add spices to taste (traditionally, this is a hot and spicy dish). Add eggs and beat well. Add more spices to taste.
