Ingredients:

1 to 2 lb. flank, shoulder or round steak
1/4 cup gin
1 bottle (8 oz.) French dressing
1 md. onion, chopped

Directions:

Pour the dressing and gin into a large zip-lock bag with the onion. Salt and pepper both sides of the flank steak and put into the bag as well. Let sit in the fridge over night if possible. Preheat broiler and place steak about 3-4 inches under the broiler. Cook for 4-5 minutes each side for medium rare. Slice thin slices on the bias and serve.
