Ingredients: |

1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 horseradish, grated
2-3/4 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed

Directions:
|
Mix cream, chicken stock and horseradish in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Cook the potatoes in a large pot and drain. Add cream and horseradish mixture and mash with a hand masher or whip.
