Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1-1/4 cups water
2 tbsp. castor sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. brandy

Directions:

Combine apricots, water, sugar and cinnamon in a pan, simmer, covered, about 5 minutes or until apricots are soft; cool. Blend or process apricot mixture with the brandy until smooth.
