Ingredients:

1 pkg. Butterball Fresh Ground Turkey
1 cup prepared pizza sauce
3/4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
1-1/4 cups shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
2 pkg. (12 oz. each) refrigerated large biscuits
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 400°F. Cook ground turkey in crumbles according to package directions. Remove from heat. Drain any remaining juices. Stir in pizza sauce, ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Place biscuits on lightly floured surface. Flatten each into a large circle. Lightly moisten edges with water. Fold circles in half to cover turkey mixture. Gently press to seal and enclose filling. Place filled calzones on baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 10-12 minutes and until golden brown and heated through. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and additional pizza sauce, if desired.
