Total Time:

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef (85% lean)
1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
1 sprinkle Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Bread crumbs (Italian or plain)
Garlic salt or onion salt
Italian seasonings, to taste

Directions:

Put water, salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings into a big pot. Boil until the water is colored and smells like seasonings. You can take the spices out of the water or leave in. Cook spaghetti per package directions.

Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a little olive oil in large frying pan. Add in some bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Cook until done. You can also make small meatballs out of this before cooking. Drain well on paper towels and wrap up to keep warm until the spaghetti is done.

Mix together in a large bowl spaghetti sauce, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Makes a thick sauce. Spray a large oven proof baking dish with non-stick spray. Start putting a layer of sauce and meat, then spaghetti, mix together until well blended and continue until all is gone. Bake at 400°F for one hour to make sure top is crispy.
