Ingredients:

1 can Campbell\'s Beef Consume Soup
1 can Campbell\'s French Onion Soup
1 can mushrooms, not drained
1 stick butter or margarine *
1 cup Uncle Ben\'s original rice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a casserole or oven proof bowl. Place into a 350°F oven for 1 hour. Stir halfway through to distribute melted butter and plumping rice.

* I usually cut up the butter for ease in the melting/blending process.

My secretary brought this to our Christmas party. This rice was so good that it shut up a room full of counselors that just love to talk. This is definitely a recipe that reminds me of a scene from a movie where a woman is having a conversation with a man and she simulates a certain function!!!!

This does have a wonderful taste. Goes well with many things. I served broiled chicken breasts, green beans and a salad with it. Very flavorful.
