Ingredients:

1/3 cup sesame seeds
2 green onions, minced
17/25 fl. oz. garlic, minced
6 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. sugar
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. blanched asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions:

Toast the sasame seeds in a pan over medium heat. Put them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. In a bowl, combine the seeds, onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, flour, sugar. Mix well; add crushed red pepper flakes. Marinate the beef slices in the mixture for 15 minutes. Remove beef from marinade and thread onto skewers, alternately with the blanched asparagus. Place on hot grill to cook very quickly about 2 minutes each side.

It was great!!! Although, I omited the sesame seeds and asparagus, it was fantastic. I served it as a starter with a peanut dipping sauce.
