1/2 chicken breast
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup orange juice
1 banana, sliced
5 dark grapes, halved and seeded

Directions:

Cut chicken into 1-1/2" chunks. Place in skillet. Add onion, tarragon, pepper and orange juice. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly until chicken turns white. Add banana and grapes. Simmer covered over low heat for several minutes. Add more juice if necessary. Serve on cooked rice.
