Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup raisins
1 lg. red skinned apple, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
Lettuce

Directions:

Combine first 6 ingredients, reserving a few almonds for garnish; toss. Combine remaining ingredients and add to meat - fruit mixture; toss to coat lightly. Chill at least 15 minutes. Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with reserved almonds.

This is a great reciepe for the left overs from Thanksgiving/Christmas/Easter or any time you want to cook a Turkey or Chicken. Fast easy and good.

Try it with out the Ham if you do not have any leftovers of it.
