Ingredients:

3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 pkg. dry vanilla pudding (NOT instant)
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 can (15 oz.) sliced peaches
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. reserved peach juice

Directions:

Combine first 7 ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Pour in greased and floured 10x6 or pie pan. Chop peaches into small pieces (reserve juice) and scatter over batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and reserved juice. Spoon over peaches. Leave 1 inch around sides. Sprinkle with combined 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tbsp. sugar. Bake 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake. Will be bubbly.
