2-1/2 cups instant mashed potatoes
1-1/4 cups powered coffe creamer
3 tbsp. chicken gravy mix
2 tsp. salt-free seasoning (Spike, Mrs. Dash, etc.)
2 tsp. dried minced onion
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Place ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. If dividing the recipe for gifts, careful to get all ingredients into each package, as seasonings tend to settle at the bottom. Makes 4 cups mix.
To Make Potato Soup:
Place 1/2 cup Potato Soup into a mug or bowl. Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir well. Let stand 3 minutes, until thickened.
To microwave, Heat water first, add mix, stir, and let stand as above.

This is very tasty for an instant mix, and is a wonderful addition to gift baskets.
Additions:
Corn, stir in before allowing to stand. Bacon bits, sprinkle on top, or stir in.
