1 lb. pork sausage
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup sliced onions
3 cups sliced raw potatoes
1/2 lb. mozzerella cheese, grated

Directions:

Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In large casserole pan layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage. Repeat layers again, ending with sausage. Dot with butter. Bake covered pan at 350°F for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt in oven.

I would eliminate the salt and maybe the pepper too. I threw it away because it tasted like pure salt. Maybe my sausage was saltier than normal. I will try this again minus salt & pepper. |
