Total Time:

Ingredients:

1 pkg. (16 oz.) pasta - elbows, small ziti, bow tie; your choice
1 tomato, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1/2 lg. vidalia or purple onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper, or to taste
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup catalina dressing
1 to 1-1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Kraft roasted onion mayonnaise
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
1 pkg. small ready cooked frozen shrimp
1/2 cup tiny frozen peas
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Directions:

Cook eggs and pasta according to directions. Chop all veggies and mix together. Thaw shrimp and peas in colander under cold running water. Mix salad dressing and mayo, spices and parsley together. Drain pasta, chop eggs and mix everything together. You may have to add more of the dressing if necessary.

Comments from Dena :

You can substitue crab meat for the shrimp or even fresh, grilled tuna. I have also used chicken in this recipe.
