Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oat bran
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 granny smith apples, chopped
1/2 cup golden raisins

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray loaf pan with Pam or other vegetable spray. In one small bowl, beat together eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix well. Fold in chopped apples, walnuts, and raisins. Spoon into loaf pan until half full. Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. Check center with toothpick to see if done. Remove and cool on wire rack.
