Ingredients:

1 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2-1/2 cups oats
1 pkg. butterscotch chips

Directions:

Mix together butter, brown sugar and eggs. Beat until creamy. Add flour, baking powder & soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Add oats. Mix thoroughly. Add butterscotch chips. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 1/2-1 hour. Place spoon-sized balls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove and place on cooling racks.
