Ingredients:

2 pints strawberries, hulled and washed
8 oz. mascarpone
2 tbsp. pure vanilla
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup Half-and-half
2 egg yolks

Directions:

Divide fruit among 4 large wine glasses. Set aside. In a blender, combine mascarpone, vanilla, sugar, half-and-half and egg yolks. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. The texture should be like a thick pudding. Spoon over the fruit and serve.
