2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 cup barbecue sauce (or ketchup with Worcestershire)
1 egg
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Smoosh together with hands. Form into 8 3-inch balls. Put in square glass baking dish. Microwave for 25-30 minutes. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap loosely. Pour off liquid. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
