Total Time:

1:00

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1-1/4 cups sugar
3 lg. eggs
5 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
12 Oreo sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9 or 10-inch square pan with aluminum foil, then lightly oil the foil. Combine butter and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Blend in chocolate and vanilla, then flour. By hand, fold chopped cookies into batter at low speed. Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly. Bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on rack, then cut into squares.

User Reviews:

These brownies are Oh! Oh! Ok. They're a little dry... But, they're not bad. I'll still eat the entire batch for myself. :)
