2 lb. round steak
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup flour
1/4 cup oil or bacon drippings
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
2 cups warm water
2 lg. onions
2 carrots, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Cut steak into serving pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper; pound into steak. Brown steak in oil or bacon drippings on both sides. Mix remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Pour sauce over steak. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
