Ingredients:

2 cornish game hens
2 tbsp. dried garlic slices
4 cloves whole garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
Adobo sin pimento

Directions:

Stuff the dried garlic slices under the skin of the game hens. Toss the whole garlic cloves into the cavity of the game hens. Rub the olive oil all over the skin of the birds. Wipe the roasting pan with a little olive oil before putting the birds in the oven to roast at 350°F for 90 minutes.

Immediately after removing the roasted birds, sprinkle with adobo and let rest for 8 minutes. Serve with stove-top stuffing that has been mixed with the pan juices and broccoli almondine.
