Ingredients:

3 lb. unsliced French bread (wide loaf)
4 oz. dry-roasted almonds, diced
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
24 eggs
1-1/2 qt. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
Butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar

Directions:

Cut bread into 1-inch slices and cut a pocket into each side. Combine almonds, cream cheese and preserves and stuff into bread pockets. Beat together eggs, milk and flavorings. Soak bread and sauté in butter until browned on both sides. Serve 2 to 4 slices per person.

This was a pretty good recipe. It was hard to try and cut holes in the middle so I just spread the cream cheese between two slices of bread. I also would have done a raspberry syrup maybe instead of the raspberries inside, and top it all of with powdered sugar. That's the fun of cooking, you can take a good recipe and tweek it to make it yours!
