Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg white
1 to 2 old bananas, to taste
1 tbsp. honey
1 to 2 cup non-fat milk, to consistency
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients separately from wet ingredients, then mix it all together. Cook on hot griddle until golden brown.

I think I did something wrong. The banana mush makes it seem uncooked in the middle, and they were hard to flip. I would try it again, but I'd do something to give it more binding I guess.
