1 pkg. Chicken-in-Biscuit crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 slices velveeta cheese

Directions:

Mix crackers and butter together. Place half of mixture in bottom of 8x8-inch pan, reserve other half for later. Cook broccoli according to direction on package. Drain. Stir together the soup and broccoli. Spread over crumb mixture. Place cheese slices over broccoli. Crumble the remaining crumbs over cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until top is browned.
