Ingredients:

2 baking apples, pared, cored and thinly sliced
2 pears, pared, cored and thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups grapes, halved and seeded
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. orange juice

Topping:
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. fresh orange rind, grated

Directions:

Combine apples, pears and grapes. Add flour. brown sugar, cinnamon and orange juice; mix well.

Turn into a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 425°F.

Spoon Topping over baked fruit; spread evenly over top. Bake 30 minutes longer, or until top is golden brown.

Topping:
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In another bowl, beat together eggs, milk, melted butter and orange rind. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir well.
