3 to 4 lg. plump sweet potatoes
Brown sugar
Margarine or butter

Directions:

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into 4-6 even pieces (should look like halves of small baked potatoes). Boil until soft. Arrange in a 13x9-inch pan and sprinkle with margarine and brown sugar. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Serve with extra margarine.

I made this for Thanksgiving except I mashed the sweet potatoes and then baked them with the butter and brown sugar. It was a huge hit! A true crowd pleaser! I have already been asked to make this again for Christmas! |
