Ingredients: |

1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

Purée all five ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Drizzle with a little olive oil before serving and chopped parsley.

Something seemed to be missing from this recipe. It also was too thick, so I had to add some water. It's a good recipe for plain eaters but I need some extra spices. |
