1 tbsp. shortening
1/2 lb. sausage
1 cup breadcrumbs, soft
1 cup milk
4 cups rice, cooked and chilled
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Brown onion in shortening; add sausage and cook until brown. Soak breadcrumbs in milk. Combine all ingredients and stuff turkey for baking.
