Ingredients:

1 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp. oil, if desired
1/4 tsp. salt, if desired

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix sunflower seeds with oil only if salt is used. Spread plain or oiled seeds on baking sheet. Bake about 8 minutes or until lightly browned. (Watch carefully, these seeds brown quickly.) Sprinkle oiled seeds with salt while hot.

my family is obsessed with sunflower seeds... when we travel... which we do a lot... we spend so much money for all of us to have sunflower seeds... this is so much cheaper... :]
