9-1/2 oz. frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1-1/2 cups 2% lowfat milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 dash nutmeg
1-1/2 cups Minute Long Grain Rice
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Bring spinach, milk, pepper and nutmeg to a boil in saucepan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Serve with remaining cheese sprinkled over rice.
