Ingredients:

4 lg. Bermuda onions
All-purpose flour
4 lg. eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
Cracker meal
Deep fat or oil

Directions:

Peel onion and cut into 1/8-inch thick slices. Separate into rings; dip rings into flour. Beat eggs with milk. Dip flour-coated rings into egg and milk, then dip into cracker meal. Fry onion rings in deep fat at 360°F for two to three minutes, or until onion rings are golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with broiled steak.
