1 cup rice, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
2-1/2 cups boiling water

Directions:
|
Spread one cup uncooked rice in a shallow baking pan with sides. Bake in preheated 400°F oven, stirring frequently, until rice is golden brown. Watch carefully. Cool. Place rice in a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Add salt and water. Cover and bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
