Ingredients:

2/3 cup pinto beans, cooked and drained
2/3 cup garbanzo beans, cooked and drained
1-1/2 cups sliced and steamed green beans
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced pimentos
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp. natural rice vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Lettuce leaves

Directions:

In salad bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves.
