Ingredients:

1/2 lb. hot or mild Italian sausage
2 cups fresh corn kernels
1 sm. red bell pepper, diced
1 green onion, sliced
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
3 lg. eggs, beaten
1 tsp. hot red-pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 9-inch baked pie crust in glass pie plate

Directions:

Crumble sausage into a 2-quart glass measure or casserole. Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Discard grease and add corn, pepper and onion. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in flour. Add milk, eggs, pepper sauce, dry mustard and salt. Stir well and pour into baked pie crust. Rotating midway through cooking, microwave on medium-high (70%) 10 to 12 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
