2 tbsp. finely chopped coriander leaves
2 to 4 tbsp. lime juice
1 green chili, seeded and finely chopped
4 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. caster sugar

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients and briefly blend in a food processor. Serve in small bowls, surrounded by pakoras.
