Ingredients:

1 can (10 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. dry minced onion or 1 sm. onion, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Combine soup, flour, butter and garlic salt in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth and piping hot. Combine with spinach and onion, adding salt and pepper to taste.
