2 cups Barilla Penne Rigate Pasta, cooked and chilled
2 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower and red pepper mix, steamed and chilled
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil or
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tbsp. minced green onions (including tops)
2 cans (6 oz. each) StarKist Solid White or Chunk Light Tuna, drained and chunked
1 cup creamy Italian dressing or bottled alfredo sauce
3 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives

Directions:

In large bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce and cheese. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Divide salad greens among 6 salad plates. Spoon generous portions of tuna mixture on each plate. Garnish with cheese.
