Ingredients:

3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk, throughly chilled
3/4 cup sugar
1 banana, mashed
2 lemons, juice of

Directions:

To make crumbs, put 7 graham crackers in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin, or use a blinder. Put the crumbs in a measuring cup to be sure they equal about 3/4 cup. Spread half of the crumbs over the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.

Using an egg beater or an electric mixer, whip chilled condensed milk until stiff. Add the sugar, banana, and lemon juice. Mix well and spread over crumbs in pan. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs over the mixture and freeze. Cut into squares to serve. Bits of grated chocolate may be added to the condensed milk, sugar, banana, and lemon mixture. Crushed fruit that is not too juicy can also be subsistuted for the banana.
