1 Fat-free flour tortillas or Armenian flat bread
2 slices Fat-free luncheon slices (veggie ones available at health food stores)
1/2 oz. Fat-free cream cheese and/or fat-free mayo and/or mustard
1/2 oz. Lettuce and/or sprouts
2 slices Tomato slices
2 slices Pickled or fresh pepper slices

Directions:

Spread a dressing on each tortilla; top with your favorite toppings, but not too thick or it won't roll. Roll up; wrap and take to lunch.

Comments from Kathleen Morrison :

Roll up a bunch, then carefully slice about 1-1/2 inch thick; place on a lettuce-lined platter and serve as party food.

Sweet version: tortilla, fat-free cream cheese, and jam or fruit butter.
Ther are on quantities for this recipe. The number of people you want to feed is, is the number of tortillas you want to get. with everything in proportion.
