Ingredients:

1 lb. pork tenderloin
Cooking spray
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. sugar, packed
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Trim fat from pork and cut pork into 1/2-inch slices. Spray 10-inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork and garlic in skillet 6 to 8 minutes, turning until pork is light brown and no longer pink in center. Drain if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and coats pork.

Calories: 190. Total calories from fat: 19%.

Maple syrup can be used in place of molasses. Salt can be omitted to lower salt content.

Very nice served with baked sweet potatoes.
