Ingredients:

1/2 lb. ground Pork
3 water chestnuts
2 tbsp. green onion, sliced in quarters
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sherry
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

Peel chestnuts and crush. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put in deep bowl and steam 25 minutes.
