4 md. cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 md. red or green bell peppers, cut into thin strips
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 cup cider vinegar

Directions:

In large non-metal bowl, combine cucumbers, onion and red peppers. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour over cucumber mixture; blend well. Pour over cucumber mixture; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally. If desired, drain before serving.
