1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions:

In a bowl or glass measuring cup, beat the mayonnaise and yogurt together until smooth. Beat in the garlic, mustard and lemon juice until blended. Cover and chill until ready to use, up to 4 days.
