Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
14 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg

Directions:

Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix together and add to dry ingredients: milk, melted butter and eggs. Add chopped onion, cheese, thawed chopped spinach and nutmeg. Spread in a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into small squares. Serve warm on a toothpick.

Can be refrozen. Reheat at 350°F for 10 minutes.
