Ingredients:

1 cup Miracle Whip
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
1 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tomato, chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except the tomatoes. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomatoes. Serve with crackers.

To make ahead: prepare dip as directed except for baking; cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
