1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp. no salt ketchup
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. prepared mustard, spicy or dijon
2 sundried tomatoes, chopped and blanched

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process using a pulsing motion in order to blend all ingredients, yet retain some tomato texture. Chill 15 minutes before serving.
