Total Time:

Ingredients:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1/8 tsp. prepared horseradish, or to taste
1/4 tsp. dry mustard, or to taste
1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
48 thin pretzel sticks

Directions:

In small bowl combine cheese, ham, mustard, horseradish and hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Place mixture in refrigerator for approximately a half-hour if necessary so mixture will not be too soft to make into balls.

Remove from refrigerator and shape the cheese mixture into 48 three-quarter-inch balls. Roll the cheese balls into the chopped nuts. Cover and place cheese balls back in the refrigerator for several hours, until serving time. To serve, place cheese balls on a plate and insert one pretzel stick into each cheese ball.
