Ingredients:

2 dessert-variety pears, cut in half, core removed, and sprinkled with lemon juice
1/2 cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. raisins
1 drop Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Black pepper, freshly ground
Lettuce
Tomato or lemon slices, to garnish.

Directions:

Put the pear halves on a lettuce leaf. Put to one side. Meanwhile, put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix them together well. Pile the mixture into the pear halves and garnish with the tomato or lemon slices, then serve immediately.
