Ingredients:

1 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 md. onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. zucchini, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/4 lb. hot sausage
2 chicken breasts
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Flaked red pepper, (optional)

Directions:

Heat oil in skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until light brown. Remove. Add sausage and chicken to brown in the skillet. Drain and pat dry. In crockpot combine all other ingredients together with the onions and garlic. Add the sausage, then top with the chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low setting 6 to 8 hours.
