2 to 3 lb. chicken, chopped
1 md. onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can herb and chicken soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup white wine
1 cup rice, uncooked

Directions:

Put onions, garlic, wine and soup in a crockpot. Wash and pat dry chicken and rub with mixture of the dry seasonings. Put chicken and any remaining seasoning in crockpot. Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low. One hour before done add uncooked rice and stir.
